Some weapons allow the player to zoom in for increased accuracy, and this helps on larger maps when players are a great distance away. But if you stay scoped for too long, the lack of peripheral vision can get you killed by another player. So it’s best to shoot normally and quickly check your accuracy with the scope before switching back.
