Khalim's Will: Smash the Compelling Orb
After you transmute Khalim's Will, you need to take it back to Travincal. Make your way to the north and defeat the Council Members. Enter the temple and the Compelling Orb will be located to your left. With the Khalim's Will equipped, destroy the orb. The orb will dissipate and you'll be granted access to The Durance of Hate.
