The quickest, most efficient way to earn WESN (and upgrade your character) is by using the Time Machine in the Laboratory. Fight boss battles on easy mode (Berry Sweet) and try to finish the match both quickly and without taking much damage. If you get an SS Rank completion you get a lot more WESN than normal. It takes much less time to rack up WESN since the battles are shorter.
