Although Oracle Recovery states that that it "Restores HP and SP to all party members at end of battle", the amount that you get back is negligible. Even when maxed out, this Bond Skill only gives you 6 HP/SP after battle. Considering it costs 35 points total to max out, you're better off unlocking different skills that will make a bigger impact.
