If you end up lost or stuck in any of the game's jail areas or dungeons, consider using Third Eye by pressing and holding R2 (PS4/PS5) or ZL (Nintendo Switch). This will light up points of interest that you can access. Third eye also reveals hidden platforms and entrances that might not be obvious right away. Don't forget to use it.
