If you're using a gyroscope-enabled controller such as the DualShock (PS4/PS5), there is a faster way to use gestures rather than using the menu if Motion Sensor Functions is enabled. Hold TRIANGLE (Event Action) and with your controller, tilt it in the direction as show in the Gestures menu (see image). For example, hold TRIANGLE and quickly tilt the controller up to perform Rallying Cry.
