These are all of the locations for Kodama in the Main Mission "Pervading Waters" (view images) in the Shadow region. The last Kodama is not attainable until you beat the first boss. You can see them in-game on the mini map if you have the Special Effect: Kodama Sensor on a piece of your equpment. They show up as green dots on the map.
