Sometimes it can be difficult to see where you are supposed to go. When that happens it's best to just start from the beginning again and make your way forward through each area. Look on the mini map for unsearched areas and new spots you can use area keys on. This is great because on the way you will fight old enemies which will now be super easy and you will be earning more umbra as well.
