Once in a while you will encounter rooms with glowing green lights, items, and moving platforms, laser beams, or structures. This is a limited, timed event. The game is forcing you to make a decision as the platforms shift into place. It's up to you to decide which of the various items to pick up. Scan the mini map and move quickly. Once the green lights turn red, your chance has ended.
