The Spirit-Bound chest surrounded by cylindrical metal pegs is a time-based puzzle. First, use your Heavy Attack on the tallest pegs to knock them down. Move back and then use a Shield Throw to hit a large group of smaller ones. Finish the rest off with your Heavy attack. This must be done quickly.
