After talking to some townspeople in Facade, you'll receive a clue that the daughter was seen on the lowest level of town. Walk to the bottom northwest, near the Treasury guard. In the shadows facing north is a bloodstain. Examine it then talk to the guard nearby. Go to the entrance and talk her boyfriend. Leave Facade and visit the first sandspout outside to the left. Finally, talk to the mother.
