Use the transcriptor to travel to Floppy Island

To find the symbols to use in the Symbol Transcriptor: 1. The first clue is shown when you meditate on the glowing area next to the Symbol Transcriptor. A flying fish jumps out of the water and reveals the red symbol. 2. The yellow and blue symbols are painted on the billboard above the Techno-Guru to the right of the Transcriptor.
