If you need to gather seafood for the "Foraging for Seafood" task in West Retem, there are 3 locations where you can find Rich Retem Scallops. There are shallow ponds in the area (see image). You'll find plenty of scallops scattered around the pond, just be careful for some of the aggressive enemies nearby.
