As you attack an enemy, you'll notice that a diamond-shaped crosshair fills with a blue outline. The more combos you execute, the faster it fills. Once full, the STRIKE text shows and you'll have a very short amount of time to press a button (D-Pad) that corresponds to a party member. This will trigger a Boost Strike. Keep your eyes on this meter and use it ASAP for maximum damage.
