To track a different Sub-Quest and make them Display Priority, first view your full Map (X on Xbox). Move the Map Cursor onto any side quest marked with a green star outline. Press the button to confirm and then the Activity Records list is shown. From there, track any Sub-Quest and make it the Display Priority. You can also view Sub-Quests you haven't picked up, marked with an Envelope icon.
