1. To raise an attribute, you first need Shards of that attribute. To obtain these you need to dismantle gear with Shards of that attribute (see the Shard icon). 2. The number of Shards required is listed (red means insufficient). To see how many Shards of that attribute you have, select Shards under Resources. Once you raise attributes, the Shards needed will be deducted from Resources.
