Unless the stats of weapons or armor is exactly what you wanted or you have tons of Titanium, it’s generally not worth keeping gear. What’s more important is having gear to match enemy levels and the resources and mods obtained by disassembling. Gear gets obsolete quickly and it’s expensive to keep high rarity gear leveled up. Only keep gear if you can afford the costs or love the piece.
