In Soul Hackers 2 you will actually find two ways of fast traveling. There’s an overworld map and it's pretty self explanatory to just select your destination and go. But once there you can also fast travel within the area if you’ve visited before. You will need to locate an icon with a triangle in the middle. Once you do you can select any other portal in the level and teleport there.
