In order to complete this quest, you need to deliver a parcel to Facade's weapon shop given to you by the guard at the eastern village gate. To easily finish this, first save the king of Facade to gain access to sandspouts. You can then deliver the parcel safely, avoiding wolves and Shades by using the Desert Entrance sandspout to fast travel to Facade.
