This quest requires you to go to The Aerie. Leave through the north village gate, past the open field to the west and go through the southwest cave. Cross the long bridge. You will immediately reach a long ladder to your left (see images). Climb up the ladder and make your way across the bridge. The chief's house is located at the end of the bridge near the entrance of The Aerie.
