To complete this quest you need to collect and deliver special ingredients to the Seafront Tavern in order to create the drink that Popola requests: 5x Mouse Tails: You can pick up mice from the Junk Heap area north of the Northern Plains. 5x Lizard Tails: These can be found by picking up running lizards in the areas around Eastern Road.
