For the Heart of Darkness quest, if you get stuck in Mining Site 2 of Razum Quarry trying to make your way to the next waypoint, there is an area to the right that has a metal platform where you need to descend. If you view your map, you'll notice a small arrow pointing down. This is where you need to go to make progress. Walk across the platform and fall down.
