You can get corruption fatigue from playing with the same character too much. If your character has it, your max Heath is reduced. If you play with that same character too many times it’ll get worse. Play with different characters until it slowly goes away or you could find a Mysterious Egg that you get from chasing a bird-like creature successfully.
