How to gain access to The Node

You may come across a Side Mission called “Anabolic Express” which requires you go to The Node and find Merle. Or maybe you just need access to The Node. First, make sure you have the Main Mission: TRADING_PLACES. Once you complete the objective that requires you to speak with nogHead in Coder’s Cove at Black Lake Towers, he’ll grant you access to The Node located in Arcology: highStreet.
