Unlike some of the characters you can interact with in the House of Hades, Olympian Gods are only available in rooms in The Underworld. If you have Nectar in your inventory, you can offer these to the Gods. First clear a room. Before accepting the Boon, press the Gift button to give Nectar to the God. You'll receive a Keepsake in exchange the first time you give a God an offering.
