How to use Rune of the Wolf
Once you've obtained the Rune of the Wolf, head into the Enclave Library where there is a large glowing wolf statue. Insert the Rune of the Wolf into the empty socket to the right of the statue. Activate all of the runes and then the wolf statue will open up a secret passage for you to journey into.
