What to do with Mindflayer Specimens
If you find a Mindflayer Specimen, absolutely pick it up! Initially you'll have no use for it, but eventually you'll be able to use them to unlock powers for your character. To free up some space, consider sending them straight to camp so when the time comes you can place them in your inventory and use them for upgrading your character.
