Pressing the View Inventory button will display whatever Keepsakes you've acquired through your run. These Keepsakes are essentially items that act as a modifier for your current run, providing different stat boosts or enhancements to your character. Select a Keepsake and view the description for more details. These can be very useful and give you an advantage during your runs.
