When you meet a new demon, they might ask for money to join your party, or they may just join for free. But you will enter into a demon contract with them and they will become your ally. Don't forget to equip your new demons. Finding and equipping new demons will change your party statistics so always keep in mind which stat you want to prioritize and which demons will give you more of that stat.
