It might not be obvious right away, but the Stage 3 boss has a weakpoint. Keep your eye on the barrel that triggers the 3 pink lasers. After the lasers fire, an orange orb appears at the tip of the barrel. This is your chance to shoot it to cause damage. Smoke will start to appear from the barrel. This means the boss is getting weak. If you don't destroy it in time you lose points and Timeout.
