The map is randomly generated so locations will vary. From the Rogue Encampment, make your way to Cold Plains. Follow adjacent paths until you reach Stony Field. Find the Waypoint to travel back here later. Look around Stony Field to find a cave that leads to the Underground Passage. Make your way to the end of that cave and arrive at the Dark Wood where the Scroll is located.
