The Slums Part 2: Digicode password at Seamus' Flat
After you give the Notebook to Seamus, jump onto the desk and knock down the framed picture at the left edge of the desk to reveal the Digicode Keypad. To find the password, look at the clocks above his couch. The hour hand of each clock (from left to right) are the numbers that need to be entered into the Digicode. 2511 if you can't figure it out.
