Where to find Digicode for the Safe near the Musician
To get the Digicode to open up the safe located in an alley next to the musician, you first need to visit Elliot at Elliot Programming. Show him the Safe's Mysterious Password. He'll decode it as "DUFER BAR", the local bar in the slums. Head there and right above the DUFER BAR neon sign, touch the framed island photograph. The Digicode is revealed behind it.
