Dead City: Flickering bulbs and empty barrel
If you’re stuck in the area with a bright orange bottle neon sign behind a fence and overhanging light bulbs that flicker when you meow, the goal is to get on top of the awning where the lights are attached. To do so, crawl into the empty barrel and roll it towards the awning. Then you can jump onto the barrel and onto the awning.
