If you come across a Task or Quest that asks for you to find and collect Rich Retem Cherries, first head to Central Retem. Use the Ryuker Device closest to the Oasis. Once transported to that area, look for the palm trees with orange leaves (see image) where you can gather Rich Retem Cherry.
