It might not be obvious at first since this game's view appears to be fixed but it's possible to change camera angles. Rotate the camera by pressing and holding the shoulder buttons (R1/L1 on PS4 & PS5). This allows you to change the perspective and view for better angles, especially when enemies are hard to track. Pressing both shoulder buttons switches to a 2D top-down view.
