Sometimes it's difficult to see enemies behind trees, structures, and other environmental objects. There's an option available to help with this. Go to the menu and select Options (or simple press Right D-Pad). Select Character Transparency and switch this to ON. Now you'll be able to see your character and enemies that are hidden highlighted in blue.
