Mods are only useful after you’ve gained the ability to craft. Disassemble an existing weapon or piece of armor that currently has a Mod. Visit Zahedi for Crafting and select a piece of gear. Choose Mod Gear and you’ll be able to change a Mod for another one as long as you have a slot and resources.
