To see which Side Missions you've completed as well as the available Historian Artifacts you need, talk to Jakub. Choose the "Time to go. Prepare the truck." dialogue option and move the cursor over the two icons on the bottom left of the map. The book shows you Historian Artifacts you've discovered and the diamond shows all Side Missions from unlocked locations both completed and incomplete.
